Insurance

My  services may  be covered as an 'out of network provider.' In these instances, the insurance company may reimburse for my services. The coverage may be a lower percentage than 'in network.' In these cases, you will be responsible for the full fee at the time of the appointment. I will provide a billing statement for you, and the company may reimburse you for a portion of the fee. It is your responsibility to discuss this with your insurance provider.

Fee Scale

I utilize a sliding scale fee structure for my cash rate clients, based on income and ability to pay. Payment is due at the end of each session. I accept personal checks, exact cash, debit and credit cards.
